Here's four key tips to sales letters that most new writers mess up on:

Don't talk about yourself. Talk about the person who is reading your page, what their needs or desires are and how your product will answer their questions or solve their problems.
Have lots of bullet points - people like to skim over text on web pages.
Make the key solutions bold faced type.
Ask questions that make them scream "yes"! (i.e. Would you like to know..., Do you want to..., Have you experienced...) If your reader has been saying yes all along in your sales letter, it is more likely they will say yes when you ask them to click the order button.
